A nice article describing a detailed technique which the authors used while in Dominican Republic treating for survivors of the Haitian earthquake.

Such modifications and IMPROVISATION is a rule in our country, the need is to come up and decribe these techniques. Please do read this article and we are sure many of us will realise that such technical tips are used routinely in our practise. We urge IORG members and Orthopaedicians from India in general to please come up and report these techniques. IORG has provided the platform in form of Journal of Orthopaedic Case Reports where these can be published and we are committed to provide guidance in terms of preparing manuscript and publishing.

This was  a good and informative article and we hope many people will read this through our channels
